The Beginning

I would like to consider myself a writer....At the very least, I have always wanted to be one. I have written many things, but I put such value on the title, I have a hard time claiming it in my meager efforts. All that aside, this blog is primarily a way for me to exercise this area. It shares the same name as what I hope to one day call the novel I am currently writing. A part of me secretly hopes no one else ever reads this. However, it is obvious that a part of me is at least willing for an audience or I would not be posting this online. All that to say: Hello.
